the breakfast choices offered a high standard i found the staff cute i appreciated that they answered my questions swiftly by email before arrival. my room had a lovely view it was also well-positioned for all amenities.
i observed that the restaurant menu was limited i also noticed it did not change . i had to request basics like toilet rolls the replenishment of tea and sugar required reminders too.

The staff provided amazing breakfast service daily. We chose the penthouse option so received a balcony and hot tub. Biscuits were gifted to us each day and room service was excellent. Two infinity pools sat on site with ample loungers for sun.
An ant problem existed in our room. I do not complain often but it was worth mentioning because of the cost. We returned from dinner one night and ants were in my night kit and travel toothpaste.

I received attentive service from the staff. The breakfast had many choices. I enjoyed the quality. The hotel gifted me a bottle of wine, fruit, and cake in my room upon arrival for my birthday.
The website showed a corner balcony. We got a room with a single window overlooking a hotel car park. It was disappointing. The restaurant was full and we could not get coffee.
